Da Vinci Labs (DVL) is an ambitious and visionary innovation programme in the middle of the Touraine region in France. We aim to reconcile technological innovation with sustainable development by creating physical spaces allowing all stakeholders (citizens, industrials, researchers, policy-makers) to experiment with technologies that can respond to the major societal problems of our era and UN sustainable goals (climate change, biodiversity loss, health, cybersecurity). Our key strategy is to combine three strategic fields: synthetic biology, quantum technologies and artificial intelligence to develop groundbreaking innovations. Through the identification of research results and early start-ups in these domains, we aim at supporting entrepreneurs to develop DeepTechs that contribute to European technical sovereignties. Using an agile mindset between the three fields, we are creating synergies to challenge research teams and encourage them to collaborate.
