The SYNBEE Project has been featured in the latest publication by the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA). The feature highlights SYNBEE’s pivotal role in promoting entrepreneurial ecosystems in synthetic biology across Europe.

SYNBEE, supported by the European Innovation Ecosystems (EIE) Programme under Horizon Europe, focuses on helping aspiring synthetic biology entrepreneurs launch and grow innovative ventures. By bringing together stakeholders from research, academia, and industry, SYNBEE is actively contributing to the development of sustainable solutions to global challenges.

The EISMEA publication also covered the recent EIC x SYNBEE Day, showcasing how the SYNBEE initiative is accelerating the commercialization of synthetic biology innovations. The event included a Pitch Competition, where innovative startups like Laastix, BioHalo, and Syngens were recognized for their groundbreaking projects.
